Debit Card
If you suspect your Bank of Crockett Debit Card and/or PIN code has been lost or stolen or you suspect someone has used your card to make unauthorized purchases, please call 731-663-2031 or stop by your nearest Bank of Crockett branch. A representative can help block your lost card and have a new card issued to you.
If your card is lost or stolen after normal business hours, please call 1-800-264-5578 and follow the prompts to have your card blocked. Please contact us the next business day to have your card reissued.
You can also temporarily deactivate your debit card by using our Mobile App.

Bank of Crockett offers Mastercard credit cards with 24-hour secure online access to your credit card account information at mycardstatement.com.
