Warren Nunn

Warren Nunn

Warren is the President and CEO of Security Bancorp, the holding company for Bank of Crockett. Warren has spent his life in banking starting his career at Union Planters National Bank in Memphis before returning to Halls in 1972.  He has been on the Bank of Crockett Board of Directors since 1987. He has served on boards and various committees of The University of Memphis, Dyersburg State Community College, Union University and the Baptist Hospital System. He was previously elected to the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Memphis where he served a three year term. He has overseen the tremendous growth of the organization during his time with the bank. Warren is also co-owner of Tennessee Tractor, which owns nine John Deere dealerships and employs 220 people in nine counties in West Tennessee. Warren is a graduate of the University of Memphis. He and his wife Eleanor live in Halls and have two sons and 6 grandchildren.


Donald Hogue

Donald Hogue

Donald is the Secretary/ Treasurer of Security Bancorp and former President of the Bank of Halls. He also serves on the boards of the Bank of Halls, Bank of Crockett, Gates Banking and Trust Company and Security Bank. Donald started with the Bank of Halls in 1962 and worked at the bank for 5 years before leaving to become a bank examiner for the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions in 1968. He worked in that capacity for nine years before returning to the bank in 1977. Donald attended Union University and is a graduate of the School for Bank Administration at the University of Wisconsin. He and his wife Patty live in Halls and have two children and 6 grandchildren.


Nick Nunn

Nick Nunn

Nick started his career in 1993 in the Fixed Income Division of Morgan Keegan in Memphis. He was a Senior Vice President working as a broker before leaving to join Security Bancorp in 2005. He serves on the Board of Directors for all six banks associated with Security Bancorp.  Nick manages the investment portfolio and funds management duties for all six banks in the organization. He has also been Treasurer of United Telephone Company based in Chapel Hill, Tennessee.  Nick also serves as a Board Member of Advance Memphis. Nick is a graduate of Auburn University. He and his wife Kara live in Memphis and have 3 children and are members of Second Presbyterian Church.


Chris Nunn

Chris Nunn

Chris has been on the Bank of Crockett Board since 2002.  Chris joined the organization after auditing financial institutions for KPMG in Memphis.  He is the Chief Financial Officer for Security Bancorp where he is responsible for financial analysis and reporting for the holding company and its subsidiary banks.  He serves on the Board of Directors for all of our affiliated banks.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Bankers Association and the Independent Community Bankers of America.  Chris is a graduate of Rhodes College where he is an adjunct professor in the Department of Commerce and Business.  He and his wife Kim live in Memphis and have 3 children.


Sam Lewis

Sam T. Lewis

Sam began serving on The Bank of Crockett Board of Directors in 1968.  Sam graduated with a B.S. from Vanderbilt University and then obtained a Masters from Rhodes College.  He has been very involved in the community serving on numerous boards and holding multiple leadership positions.  He has served on the Board of Alderman of Bells and as Vice-Mayor and Board appointed Mayor.  He and his wife Jo Carolyn have 2 children and 2 grandchildren.


John Castellaw

John G.(Glad) Castellaw

Glad began his tenure on the Board of Directors in 2009.  Glad, now retired, is a Lieutenant General of the United States Marine Corp.  He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a B.S. in Ag, graduated from the American Military University, and obtained his Masters in Military History.  He is active on the County Industrial Board, with the Halls Veteran Museum, and the Tennessee State Veterans Homes Board.   He and his wife Wanda have 1 child.


Danny Stephenson

Danny E. Stephenson

Danny has been an active member on the Board of Directors since 1990.  Danny is retired, and dedicates his time to the Bells Community.  He currently serves on the Building and Property Committee of First Baptist Church in Bells.  He and his wife Kay have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. 

 


Gail Cooke

Gail Cooke

Gail has been serving The Bank of Crockett on the Board of Directors since 2008.  Gail is the current Executive Vice President and Cashier of the Bank of Crockett.  She attended the Tennessee School of Banking.  In addition to banking, she is active at First Baptist Church in Bells.  Gail is married to Barry Cooke and has 2 children and 4 grandchildren.


Wade Haynes

Wade F. Haynes

Wade has served on the Board of Directors since 2002.  He is a Retired Vice President of the Bank of Crockett.  He obtained his B.S. from Lambuth College and his MBA from Memphis State University.  He is on the Budget Committee at First Baptist Church in Alamo.  He and his wife Shirley have 2 children and 2 grandchildren.


Carter Edwards

Carter Edwards

Carter has been an active member on the Board since 1987.  After graduating from Ole'Miss, he became a business owner, and currently owns the Cotton Gin in Maury City.  He is a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Alamo, and he is active in the National Cotton Council and the Southern Cotton Ginners Association. He has 3 children and one grandchild.


 Jeremy

Jeremy Lambert

Jeremy currently serves as the President and CEO of the Bank of Crockett. He joined the Bank of Crockett Board of Directors in January 2016.  Jeremy obtained his B.S from the University of Tennessee at Martin.  He serves on the boards of the Pond Creek Congregational Methodist Church, Walk to Emmaus, and Crockett County Carl Perkins Center. Jeremy is married to Tania Lambert and has 2 children, Anna and Jake.  They attend Pond Creek Congregational Methodist Church in Crockett County.


Jackie Fincher

Jackie Fincher

Jackie began serving on Gates Banking and Trust Company Board of Directors in 2004. After attending Lambuth University in 1970 he began farming. He has continued farming for 44 years and currently farms with his two sons, Stephen and Austin and two grandsons. He married his high school sweetheart Bonnie 47 years ago and they have 3 children, 2 daughter-in-laws and 4 grandchildren. Jackie and his family are members of Archers Chapel United Methodist Church in Frog Jump, TN.


James Smith

James Smith

James joined Security Bancorp in 2006. James assists primarily with regulatory and board reporting, loan monitoring and consumer compliance issues for the holding company and its subsidiary banks. He was the President of The Bank of Friendship from 1999 to 2002. He left to become President of Citizens City and County Bank in Trenton, Tennessee working there until leaving to join Security Bancorp. James is President of Gates Banking and Trust Company, an Executive Vice President and Cashier at the Bank of Halls and serves on the Board of Directors of the Bank of Halls and Gates Banking and Trust Company. James is a graduate of The University of Tennessee at Martin. He and his wife Cindy live in Friendship and have 1 daughter.
